All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions, discounts, or product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

4. Custom Orders

Custom products, personalized items, and made-to-order goods require customer approval of artwork, selections, or specifications before production when applicable.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except in cases of confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, artwork placement, and submitted files before approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, production schedules, or other events outside our control.

VibeBagCo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We encourage customers to review that policy before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product names, graphics, logos, designs, photos, videos, text, and branding are the property of VibeBagCo or used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Customers may not submit artwork that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

8. Tournament & Performance Disclaimer

Cornhole bags are performance products. Speeds, handling, slide characteristics, and gameplay results may vary based on boards, weather, humidity, resin distribution, break-in process, and player style.

Individual preference does not constitute a product defect.

ACO, ACL, or league compliance is based on current approvals and standards at the time of sale and may change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeBagCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
