Refund policy

 

At VibeBagCo, we take pride in delivering high-quality cornhole bags, boards, apparel, and accessories. Because many of our products are handmade, custom printed, or made to order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and resalable non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom cornhole bags

  • Personalized boards or apparel

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used products

  • Any item showing signs of play, wear, or washing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@vibebagco.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory runs, but we will do our best to help with sizing issues, damaged items, or incorrect shipments.

Order Cancellations

Stock Orders

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not started.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be canceled once artwork has been approved or production has begun.

Competitive Play Disclaimer

Cornhole bag feel, speed, and break-in performance may vary due to materials, resin fill, humidity, and play conditions. Performance preference is subjective and is not considered a defect.
