Warranty Coverage
Seam Protection
We will replace any Vibe bags with seam failures reported within 6 months of the delivery date.
Material Defects
Material issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Vibe Customer Support. Valid claims will generally be honored within 6 months of the original delivery date.
Exclusions
Frays and Punctures
Frays or punctures in the fabric are not covered under warranty. Most fraying is cosmetic only and does not affect the bag's performance or structural integrity.
Improper Break-In Methods
Using unapproved break-in methods such as vinegar soaking, high heat, boiling, or any other process outside of our recommendations will void the warranty. Only Vibe-approved break-in methods may be used to protect the integrity of your bags.
